Rich Person, Chairman & CEO

From 2002-2005, Rich served as Chairman and CEO of Poindexter Systems, now X+1, a statistical modeling software company that improves the efficiency of online advertising and media. Rich grew the business 700% in its first year taking it from zero revenues to $14 million in one year. Share value of Poindexter grew more than 400% under Rich's leadership. AS CEO Rich helped to incubate Right Media, staffed by three former Poindexter Executives hired by Rich. Right Media was acquired by Yahoo! within two years for $850 MM.

Rich has authored a number of articles for digital media publications and has also authored a patent on SYSTEMS, METHODS AND DEVICES FOR DETECTING SECURITY AND VULNERABILITIES IN IP DEVICES. PATENT APPLICATION NUMBER 61146230.

Rich has also held positions as managing partner at Mullen and Hill, Holiday where he successfully built, and rapidly grew, Internet and database marketing business divisions generating significant revenue growth for both companies These new, and lucrative, profit centers were major contributors to the above average multiples paid for both companies by IPG (Interpublic Group). Rich is married with two children. Rich holds a BA in Political Science from Northeastern University.
