DNSstuff.com also announced that its Chief Technology Officer, Paul Parisi, is addressing the 3rd International Virtual Global Taskforce Conference (VGT), being held this week in Vancouver, British Columbia. DNSstuff was invited to the conference by INTERPOL, who will be making DNSstuff's technology available to its 186 member countries. The Virtual Global Taskforce was formed to highlight the need for law enforcement, government, industry and non government agencies to cooperate globally to fight child exploitation, and to provide a forum for the development and communication of solutions to help achieve this singularly-important goal. Paul Parisi will join Paul Gillespie, Vice-Chair of the Kids' Internet Safety Alliance and Cyber Crime Director for Residence at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, Inspector Kevin McQuiggin of the Vancouver Police Department, and Trevor Fairchild, Electronic Crime Section, Ontario Provincial Police in a forum on online threats and technologies. The session will explore the newest challenges to child safety and recently-developed industry and law enforcement tools for combating these. The VGT session will address specific needs of and demands upon law enforcement personnel, Internet and telecom service providers, non-governmental organizations, child advocacy groups, content hosts and prosecutors.
